Tul and Esh are encountered together in the Hive Colony as It That Was Tul and It That Was Esh. Defeating them spawns the Otherworldly Tree which lets you change your Bloodline Ascendancy to the Breachlord Bloodline, a class that grants cold or lightning maximum resistance based on their power. Each kill also drops a guaranteed Foulborn Breach item plus one of 25 unique Breach items, some of which are exclusive to this fight. The Breach Tree passive points earned strengthen your entire Breach farming loop.
