The Thermal Breach camo is tied to Iron Gauntlet and requires winning three matches with a total of 25 kills or more. The mode runs for a limited window and once it closes there is no confirmed second chance to earn the camo.
Iron Gauntlet plays significantly differently from standard Warzone, with a raised health pool, scarce loot and cash required to purchase loadouts mid-match. Three wins with kills attached in this format takes real coordination.
