Even the best players go entire wipes without finding a LEDX naturally. The spawn rates are low, the locations are contested and every raid in the areas where it appears is a gamble against RNG, Raiders, Sanitar's squad and every other player hunting the same rooms.
You need one for Private Clinic, two for Crisis and one for Medstation Level 3 in your hideout, all with Found in Raid status. There is no buying your way to FiR status on the Flea Market.
