The Biotoxic Disinjector is Marathon's only Contraband weapon and getting it requires clearing all seven Cryo Archive Vaults, collecting every AI Subroutine and defeating The Compiler in a multi-phase boss fight that plays like a three-player raid encounter. Most squads won't see Vault 7 for weeks because reaching it takes coordinated runs across multiple sessions and one bad death can set you back an entire loadout. The weapon itself is the most powerful gun in the game with dual fire modes that make everything else in your inventory feel like a downgrade.
