The Sanity’s Edge is a profitable trial to run, dropping both regular and perfected items. The sets here consist of one light set that buffs you depending on your movement, another light set that grants Heroism if you heal from 50% to 90% HP fast, one medium set that stacks damage on interrupts, and one heavy set that procs when you fall below 50% HP to give you a massive heal or defense. The dungeon is far from being easy – the boss mechanics require your group to pace the DPS, rather than rush it, because each boss has a ton of abilities that trigger at certain HP thresholds.
