The Cenarion War Hippogryph is a Burning Crusade reputation mount that requires Exalted standing with the Cenarion Expedition. This armored hippogryph has been available since TBC Patch 2.3 and remains a popular addition to any mount collection.
Reaching Exalted means grinding Coilfang Reservoir dungeons in Zangarmarsh. Slave Pens and Underbog stop giving reputation on Normal difficulty after Honored. Steamvault continues giving rep to Exalted but the grind is slow. Heroic versions give better reputation but are locked to one run per day. Turn-ins like Coilfang Armaments help but require farming the items or buying them on the Auction House.
