Phase 4 Escalation launched March 31, 2026 and is the second-to-last phase before Siege of Orgrimmar. The Escalation Quest Campaign is the gateway to the Battlefield: Barrens World Event and must be completed before the event opens on your character.
Battlefield: Barrens itself sends you to Northern Barrens to undermine Kor'kron supply lines, defeat loyalists and escort caravans for upgrades to Latent Kor'kron Armor — the phase's catch-up gear set upgradeable to 502. The campaign also advances Wrathion's Legendary Cloak questline, which feeds directly into Phase 5 readiness. GetBoost clears the full Escalation Campaign via piloted account sharing. Epic 502 Boots secured, Battlefield: Barrens unlocked and all loot and gold from the run stays on your account.
