There are three Preyseeker mana wyrm mounts in Midnight and two of them you can just buy once you've hit the right Journey rank. The Nightmare is different. It only drops from the Prey: Nightmare Mode III achievement and that means taking down all 30 Prey targets at the hardest difficulty the system offers.
Nightmare hunts run with affixes active the entire time and a death sends you back to the start of that hunt. The targets themselves are powerful elites spread across Quel'Thalas and the contracts are managed through Astalor Bloodsworn's system in Silvermoon City. It's a serious time investment even for well-geared players.
