Midnight Falls is the final encounter of Midnight Season 1 — and the most rewarding boss in the entire tier.
L'ura, the Dark Naaru, stands at the corrupted Sunwell attempting to complete the Darkwell transformation. The fight combines musical-note mechanics (Death's Dirge), arena compression and a ramping damage enrage that demands flawless execution in the final phase. Heroic kills award Ahead of the Curve: Midnight Falls. Mythic kills award Cutting Edge: Midnight Falls and access to a secret phase expected to challenge the world's best guilds.
The loot table matches the prestige. Midnight Falls is the only boss that drops the Omni-Token (Chiming Void Curio) — a universal tier token redeemable for any slot. The rare Sin'dorei Band of Hope ring also drops here at maximum upgrade track. Combined with ilvl 279 gear and Great Vault progress, this is the single most valuable kill in Season 1.
