The Eye is the Phase 2 raid that drops Kael'thas Sunstrider, Tier 5 tokens and Ashes of Al'ar. Getting in requires every raider to carry The Tempest Key, and the road to that key is one of the longest attunement chains in the entire expansion. The full path covers the Cipher of Damnation quest chain in Shadowmoon Valley, the three Trials of the Naaru spanning four Heroic dungeons (Shattered Halls, Steamvault, Shadow Labyrinth, Arcatraz), and the Trial of Magtheridon which requires an organized 25-player raid.
